The Neva lounge chair is a modern take on classic scandinavian artisanal lounge chairs from the mid  20th century, with a contemporary simplicity and cleanness. The challenge was to design a product that will be as simple as possible, without overthinking the form and overusing the technology, but maintaining the distinct character of organic and natural forms. Modern technologies such as cnc carving have made it possible for more complex forms to be introduced into serial production, which was in history only reserved for artisanal carpenters. In the spirit of the company the production of the Neva lounge chair is an elegant dance of modern technology and artisanal handcraft, which are unavoidably overlapped. 

Now, the Neva Lounge chair have been awarded the Red Dot Award in 2016. The lounge collection conists of a lounge chair, and two seater, and both come in the 'High' and 'Trimmed' design.

Rudjer Novak-Mikulic & Marija Ruzic, they are a part of a group of young Croatian designers who started working together while studying design in Zagreb. Their works have been hosted by many exhibitions, and they have received prestigious international awards. They are involved in industrial and graphic design, interior and multimedia design.
