Delivery & Return Policy

Assembly Service

Some of our products may be delivered in several components to protect the item or to allow transportation during delivery. Most items only require very simple assembly. Within our standard rates, installation is not included, in case you require installation of your purchase (except lamps), we can offer assemble service by quote.

Delivery prices for HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories

We deliver all our goods at cost to your door. A fixed price of HKD 300 per order to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, HKD 500 to New Territories and HKD 800 to Discovery Bay.

Free delivery for orders above HKD 20,000 with the exception of Discovery Bay and the outlying Islands.

For our customers on South Lantau Island and other outlying Islands, we will need to quote a special delivery rate. This rate depends on your exact location and the volume of your shipment. Please contact our Customer Service for details.

If your items do not fit into your lift, or you live in a walk up building, you will be responsible for paying our walk-up charge.

Note: This charge is only valid if there is free access, in case the access either your stair or doorway is too narrow and too complicated, it will cause risk of damaging your furniture, in that case our delivery team cannot support your delivery and will deliver to you outside of the front door. Please note that the choice of up-graded delivery service and walkup service cannot be refund.

Damaged Goods / Quality problem

Nature Evolution is performing Quality Control checks at different stages during the production process. Unfortunately there is always a risk of small damage during final transportation/delivery. Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery and contact us via info@natureevolution.com.hk with good quality photos if there is any damage on the product before the courier leaves.

Returns Policy

• Hassle Free Returns Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged item(s) within 3 days of purchase for a refund. You must return the goods to us with its original packaging, unused and, undamaged including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Nature Evolution will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 3 days of purchase if the above mentioned are satisfied.
• We do not carry any warranty or guarantee on any of its products after the 3 day return and exchange period whether the fault of the customer or the manufacturer.
• "SALE ITEMS" are sold as it is and are final sale (including any items using coupon codes). All custom made products and furniture are final sale.
• All returns are subject to restocking fees.
• All Nature Evolution purchases must be returned with its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened Nature Evolution purchase (per unit). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit).
• Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note if items are delivered to your door and you inspect items and would like our delivery crew to return your items to our warehouse, the return fee will be the same as the delivery fee, please note that we do deduct a collection fee from the total refund sum.
• The choice of Up-graded Delivery Service and walkup services cannot be refund.
• We reserve the right to deduct 30% restocking fee if goods are not received in a reasonable condition or with their original packaging. We have previously had occasion where customer deliver the items back to us without packaging these are then damaged in transit and unless.
• We are NOT responsible for 2nd party inspection and/or receiving of goods. Items either signed for, accepted, lost, stolen or damaged due to 2nd party receiving and/or inspection will not be reimbursed or replaced under any circumstances what so ever whether the fault of the 2nd party Nature Evolution.
• Items inspected and/or picked up from the Nature Evolution’s Showroom, all custom made products and furniture and any items installed by yourself or a 2nd party are FINAL SALE.
• We will not accept any returns (including damaged items) on self-assembly items which have been assembled - please fully check your item prior to assembly.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Nature Evolution you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Nature Evolution retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Nature Evolution or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Nature Evolution is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Nature Evolution shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Nature Evolution. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Nature Evolution.
